Around 40% of India’s population speaks Hindi, and it is also the country’s official language. Hence learning and speaking Hindi plays a major role in shaping good patriotic citizens. It is our duty as Indians to ensure that all of us know this wonderful language, old and young alike. It is with this vision that ICSK Senior incorporates Hindi as a part of the education system, as it is compulsory to learn Hindi from kindergarten to 8th grades as per CBSE curriculum. Hindi is a part of our daily routine, from the morning, when the students connect to God through prayer in Hindi followed by thought for the day in Hindi as well, till the national anthem is sung at the time of dispersal. The Hindi Club of ICSK Senior also contributes to the learning of the language by conducting various interesting programmes.
