KG Annual and Graduation Day Ceremony
Graduation day is always a day of rejoicing as it signifies the culmination of a year of hard work in the relentless pursuit of knowledge. To make it significant, we at Bhavans Smart Indian School and Jack and Pre-School celebrated KG Graduation Day and Annual Day from 21st February to 23rd February 2023 in the school auditorium with great fervor. The splendorous and opulent annual day cum graduation ceremony commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the honourable guests for the morning and evening sessions: Ms. Bushrah Al Abd El Hessien- Administrative Director of Foreign Schools (KG and Primary), Ms. Manal Aslehem, Inspector of Educational activities in Private Education, Ms. Muneera Mammikutty Head Mistress KG & Primary of IES, Dr. Susovana Nair Medical Oncologist at KCC, Mr. N. K. Ramachandra Menon Chairman Bhavans Middle East, Mr. Prem Kumar Principal of IES accompanied by the School Principal Mr. Mahesh Iyer, Vice Principals Ms. Albin Daisy and Ms. Bhavita Bright, KG Supervisor Ms. Rajni Menon and Administration Manager Ms. Amira Bendary.
The anchors of morning and evening programs welcomed the audience with warmth and ebullient gratitude. The Annual Report was presented by the kindergarten supervisor Ms. Rajni Menon defining the progress of the early years learning program of the K-wing for the year. She specified that the new curriculum introduced in Smart Indian School has enabled and motivated children to think and apply what they have learnt. Ms.Rajni advocated for the new reading syllabus formulated by the school and proudly announced that the students were able to read as the Grade 1 or 2 students. The report was streamed in a motion of clippings of the entire year’s events, including stage competitions, activities and field trips capturing intense moments of learning and emotions evocated by the young kindergartners. It was followed by an amazing welcome dance presented by the little kids of KG-2. The cultural extravaganza-themed ‘Kindergarten Chronicles’ was an extraordinary depiction of various programs. The students of Pre-Kg and KG-1 left everybody spellbound as they danced to the tunes of some vibrant music displaying breathtaking colours with highly coordinated movements that promptly set the mood of the atmosphere to an all-time high. Their energetic booming and clapping coaxed the enthusiastic parents to sway to its lively beats. The student and parents accrued words of wisdom from the chief guest of each day.
The graduating students of KG-2 dressed in their graduation robes and caps looked smart and pretty while they walked the stage. The principal and other dignitaries felicitated the students with their graduation scrolls designed beautifully for the ceremony. The tiny tots shared their aspirations about their goals when they grew up. The program was followed by a farewell dance by the KG-2 students and culminated with words of gratitude by KG2 students who thanked the management, teachers and other staff members who have played a pivotal role in their two years of learning. The audience applauded and appreciated the efforts of the management, teachers, and students of the kindergarten for their hard work in making the event successful and memorable.
