Bhavans SIS & JnJ KG Celebrates 'Fun in the Sun - Lemonade Day'
The scorching summer sun is upon us, and what better way to quench our thirst than with a cool drink of lemonade, and that is exactly what our students prepared to have lots of "Fun in the Sun!"
6th of June 2024 was a very special day for the young students of the kindergarten division of Bhavans SIS and Jack and Jill School. The highlight of the "Fun in the Sun" day was not just the lemonade-making and drinking marathon, more interestingly, the high point of the day turned out to be our children themselves...dressed in flamboyant summer clothes along with a myriad of sunhats, and of course...sunglasses; all kids looked nothing short of dashing!
All children made cool lemonade by themselves with their teachers' guidance and assistance and enjoyed beating the heat with the healthy drink. They also played games and posed for photographs displaying their glamorous outfits. This event provided yet another opportunity for the students to socialize with their peers, make friends, learn a new skill, and most importantly, have a memorable fun-filled day. We at Bhavans Kindergarten recognize the significance of holding such special days to not only enhance the educational experience of our students, but also to encourage them to have fun growing up, towards a holistic approach to the Learning Process.
