“Hindi is not just a language; it’s a bridge that connects us to our culture and heritage.”
To celebrate richness and essence of India which lies in its diverse culture and languages, a week-long series of competitions—including poem recitation, story writing, poster making, and essay writing in Hindi—were conducted at Indian School of Excellence, Kuwait. These activities provided the students with the opportunity to express their creativity and connect deeply with their roots.
A Special assembly was held on 19th September,2024 by the students, showcasing a variety of engaging programs in Hindi, including speech, poem, skit, street play, storytelling, and captivating dance performances, all of which added an energetic flair and left the audience in awe.
Mrs. Sherly Dennis, Director of the Indian School of Excellence, addressed the gathering with warm wishes for the Hindi Diwas celebration. She encouraged students to take pride in their national language and urged them to speak with confidence and conviction.
The assembly concluded with the rendition of the National Anthem, instilling a deep sense of patriotism and unity among the students.
This event not only enriched their knowledge but also highlighted the importance of cultural and social values.
