KG ANNUAL DAY AT ISEK
On 14th December 2024, the Indian School of Excellence, Kuwait, celebrated its Annual Day with great enthusiasm. The event, themed "Pratidhwani - The Beginning,” was a grand success, that featured well-coordinated and delightful performances that left a lasting impression.
The ceremony began with an introduction to the theme, followed by the Islamic and school prayers, and the respectful playing of the Kuwait and Indian National Anthems. A melodious Welcome Song set a joyous mood, and a traditional Lamp Lighting ceremony symbolized the ushering in of knowledge.
The Director of ISEK, Mrs. Sherly Dennis in her welcome Address highlighted the importance of the day, followed by the Annual Day Report, showcasing the school's achievements. The cultural programme showcased a series of captivating dance performances, each inspired by the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and sky. These performances beautifully illustrated the harmony and interconnectedness of nature, captivating the audience with their grace and creativity.
The Chief Guest Dr. S. Chidambaram Research Scientist KISR, delivered an inspiring address, commending the efforts of students and staff. A Vote of Thanks was expressed by the Vice-principal of ISEK, Mrs. Bismitha Shamsudeen, acknowledging everyone who contributed to the event's success. The celebration concluded on a high note, leaving attendees with cherished memories and a profound sense of responsibility to take actions today that will preserve and restore the Earth's beauty for future generations.
