The Senate Investiture Ceremony at ICSK Junior unfolded as a magnificent event on Thursday, April 24, 2025, exhibited a vision of elegance. The stage was beautifully adorned, that created an explicit aura of dignity and celebration. The solemn ceremony was graced by the chief guest Dr. C. Chidambaram, a Research Scientist at Water Research Center-KISR.
The ceremony commenced with a traditional lamp lighting ritual, symbolizing the dispelling of darkness through knowledge and wisdom. The Chief Guest was warmly welcomed with a bouquet, a gracious acknowledgment of his esteemed presence. This thoughtful gesture reflected the school's deep appreciation for his valuable time and contribution to the event. While a sapling was presented as a token of appreciation, highlighting the school's commitment to environmental sustainability, representing the nurture of both knowledge and nature. Its presentation symbolized the dedication to cultivating young minds who would grow strong roots of wisdom while branching out to create a greener tomorrow.
Principal ICSK Junior- Ms. C. Sheeja, in her address, emphasized the theme of leadership through a thought-provoking speech, initiating with a story which was an apt example to make the young leaders comprehend well. She highlighted that true leaders think differently, lead confidently, and nurture weaker team members. She urged the senate members to give equal importance to all and remain firm yet optimistic in their approach.
