FAIPS LKG Annual Day: The Sweetest Bond – Celebrating Friendship
FAIPS Auditorium, Kuwait – The spirit of camaraderie and joy illuminated the FAIPS Auditorium on November 13, 2025, as the LKG students hosted their Annual Day under the heartwarming theme, "Friendship: The Greatest Sweetener of FAIPS KG." The event was a vibrant tribute to the invaluable bonds of sharing, mutual support, and sheer delight forged during these foundational years.
The festivities commenced with a tone of reverence and tradition, featuring the recital of the Holy Quran and the Kuwait National Anthem, followed by the symbolic lighting of the ceremonial lamp.
A distinguished assembly of guests graced the occasion. Principal, Mr. Ravi Ayanoli, extended a warm welcome to the Chief Guest, Her Excellency, Manthabiseng Phohleli, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Lesotho to Kuwait, and the Guest of Honour, Dr. Mohammad Umar Tak, renowned Pediatric Specialist at KOC hospital. Also present was Ms. Bushra Al-Abd Al-Hussein, Foreign Education Supervisor from the Ministry of Education. In his address, the Principal emphasized the critical role of FAIPS's foundational education, which is meticulously integrated with core morals, discipline, and essential human values like friendship and mutual support.
The stage quickly transformed into a mesmerizing kaleidoscope of energy, showcasing the LKG students' confidence and burgeoning dreams. The performances, all centered on companionship, began with the universally beloved "You’ve Got a Friend in Me," instantly making the children’s shared joy contagious.
The show quickly diversified, featuring acts like the mechanically precise “Robo Boogie” troupe and a high-energy lyrical mash-up of Bollywood and Hollywood hits. The “Learning to Fly” segment shared heartwarming life lessons and aspirations, highlighting the courage that friendship inspires, followed by a rhythmic dance celebrating pure, unadulterated joy and perfect coordination. A truly unique and globally conscious segment was the “Cherry Blossoms” performance, where the young dancers performed to a Japanese composition about friendship, even singing parts of the song in Japanese, captivating the audience with their graceful movements and global spirit.
The spectacular finale was a celebration of cultural diversity, culminating in a resounding standing ovation for a fascinating multilingual showcase: one student beautifully sang the emotional Hindi song, “Jeevan ke din,” while another performed the classic Tamil song, “Morraka.”
Following the performances, the distinguished guests addressed the gathering, their unified message echoing the day’s theme: that friendship is the greatest sweetener of life, and the bonds nurtured at FAIPS Kindergarten are set to bloom and grow throughout the children's educational journey.
Her Excellency, Manthabiseng Phohleli, appreciated the school management and teachers for their unwavering support of the students' overall development and warmly congratulated the students and their parents for the wonderful performance. Dr. Mohammad Umar Tak, the Guest of Honour, offered a poignant analogy, comparing the tiny tots to seeds that must be nourished by teachers and parents in the right perspective at the right time.
The successful event concluded with a sincere Vote of Thanks from Headmistress Mrs. Bharti Tiwari, who expressed gratitude to the parents, dedicated teachers, students, and all guests for their unwavering support.
