ISEK Celebrates Teachers’ Day 2026: Honouring the Pillars of Wisdom
“A teacher plants the seeds of knowledge, nurtures the roots of character, and inspires the dreams of tomorrow.”
The Indian School of Excellence, Kuwait (ISEK), celebrated Teachers’ Day 2026 with a series of special assemblies presented by students from different grades, paying tribute to the dedication, guidance, and invaluable contribution of teachers in shaping young minds and building the future.
The spirit of respect and gratitude came alive through a vibrant blend of creative performances and meaningful presentations. Students expressed their appreciation through engaging skits, expressive mimes, melodious songs, graceful dances, and thoughtful messages, highlighting the many ways in which teachers inspire, guide, and support students both inside and beyond the classroom.
A special segment, “Respect in Action,” brought values such as honesty, kindness, and respect to life through an engaging message walk. Touching video tributes further added warmth and emotion to the celebrations, reflecting the special bond shared between teachers and students.
Adding a personal touch to the occasion, students presented their teachers with handmade cards and tokens of appreciation, creating moments of joy and warmth across the school.
Addressing the gathering, Director of ISEK, Dr. Sherly Dennis spoke about the profound role teachers play in nurturing not only academic growth but also character, values, and confidence in young learners. She appreciated the students for their thoughtful presentations and commended the teachers and staff for their dedicated efforts in making the celebrations meaningful.
The Teachers’ Day celebrations at Indian school of Excellence served as a meaningful reminder that the influence of a teacher extends far beyond the classroom, leaving a lasting impression on the lives and futures of their students.
