 Carrot Kheer Recipe
Ingredients

• 1 carrot grated finely

• 1 tablespoon of honey

• 1 tablespoon of brown sugar

• A few cashew nuts and cardamom for garnishing

• 1 cup milk

• 1 cup water

• ½ a tablespoon of ghee

Method

1. Put the pan on low-medium heat and sauté the carrots in ghee for a few minutes.

2. Add sugar and water and cook until the carrots are soft and tender.

3. Now add milk and keep it on boil for a few minutes.

4. Now add your cashew nuts and cardamom and serve it hot. (You can also serve carrot kheer cold based on your liking!).
