Broccoli Oats Poha Kebab
Ingredients

1 cup oat poha

1 tbsp oil

1 cup roughly grated broccoli (1½ cups)

100 gm paneer - grated

1 green chilli - chopped finely

¼ cup roasted peanuts - crushed coarsely with a rolling pin (belan)

1 tsp chopped garlic

½ tsp chopped ginger

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp each - garam masala and red chilli powder

seeds of 2 green cardamoms - crushed


 Method:

Wash the oats poha in a strainer and set it aside .

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add green chilli, garlic and ginger and saute for a minute.

Add broccoli and two pinches of salt and stir on a low flame for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. Remove from the heat.

Add peanuts to the broccoli and keep it aside.

Add the oat poha and mix it well. Add garam masala, salt and red chilli powder. Add cardamom seeds.

Add grated paneer.

Make round kebabs, keeping them a little thick. Fry in a pan greased with oil. Turn sides to brown both sides lightly. Serve.
