Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
Sesame oil 3 tbsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Ginger 1 tsp, fresh and grated
Curry 1 tsp, powder
Lime 2/3 tbsp, juice
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp, medium
Chili pepper 1, finely chopped
Chicken 1 kg, breast, diced
Parsley 1 tbsp, chopped
Preparation
Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ginger, curry, lime juice, sugar, mustard and ground black pepper. Stir in the chilli and the chicken, cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
Heat the barbecue.
Skewer the meat onto four wooden sticks and grill for 4-5 min on each side. Serve garnished with parsley.
