APJ Abdul Kalam 'Pearl of the School' Award organized by Thanima Kuwait to promote, recognize and empower young talent will be held on 02 February 2024 at Oxford Pakistani School Abbasia from 6:00 PM onwards. Every year, the award is presented to 26 outstanding students from over 25 schools who have exceptionally performed in arts, sports, culture and non-educational fields.

Indian Muslim Association - YouthWing (IMA-YW) has arranged a grand Youth Conference with theme "Do not weaken & Do not grieve, you will be superior if you are true believers" (Al Quran, Chapter 3: Verse 139)" on 23rd of November 2023 (7:15 pm) at Masjid-e-Mariyam, Mahboula. This Conference is a Concluding event of more than a month long Associate Making Campaign (AMC) which was observed to spread the message of "Do not weaken & do not grieve..." across the Kuwait amongst Indian Youths.
YouthWing is focusedly participating in meeting Indian Youths and briefly highlighting about current situation in Palestine & in India. This campaign was planned in view of ongoing uncertainty among Indian Youths and to understand our responsibilities, explore the possible opportunities available in the current scenario, and make the best use of it for a better future. In addition, enhancing YouthWing strength in expediting community services.

Billava Sangha Kuwait (BSK) presents- “Billava Chavadi 2023” will be held on Friday, September 29, at Aspire Indian International School, Abbasiya from 4 pm onwards.
As the main attraction of this program, the much-awaited Tulu comedy drama "Itte Gottaapuji" will entertain the audience. This drama is directed by Mr. Mahesh Poojary Polali and exceptionally written by Mr. Vikram Manchi, who has played a very important role in the drama, and also, he will be the guest artist from Mangalore. He surely conspires to keep the audience spellbound.

Renowned Artist M.V. John Remembered
Mavelikara Bishop Moore College Alumni Association in Kuwait is organizing a memorial event in honor of the late artist M.V. John. The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 16th, starting at 6:30 PM at the Abbasiya United Indian School.
Mr. M.V. John, a distinguished alumnus of Bishop Moore College, was an accomplished figure in various fields, including art, creative direction, television, and film. He passed away while undergoing treatment at Kuwait Chest Hospital in Kuwait. He had been actively involved in cultural and artistic activities in Kuwait for several decades and was a prominent figure in the Indian art community.
His contributions were particularly noteworthy in the area of "Former Communicators'' (iartco - Indian Art Company), a platform that he co-founded. The Bishop Moore College Alumni Association in Kuwait invites the public to participate in the memorial symposium dedicated to the memory of Mr. M.V. John. They hope that Kuwait's general public will recognize and appreciate the legacy of this remarkable individual.
