Neha Susan Biju, a gifted student of Indian Educational School Kuwait, bagged a remarkable victory in the mixed doubles under 17 category at the prestigious Kerala State Junior (Under 15 & 17) Championship which took place at Nazar School of Badminton, Karunagapally, Kollam, from 20th to 23rd July 2023. Top ranked young players from the state of Kerala participated in the event. The tournament, witnessed intense competition from Kerala State's top-ranked players.
Neha’s exceptional skills, steely determination and extreme competitiveness paved the path for success. The right skills and attitude led her to the semifinals in girls doubles and ultimately helped her emerge as the winner in mixed doubles Under 17. In a thrilling final match, Neha Susan Biju teamed up with Chase Sijo and faced tough opponents, Aswin Mannambalath and Sradha P. The enthralling battle culminated in praiseworthy scores of 21-15, 19-21, 21-12 in favor of Neha Susan Biju and Chase Sijo.
