FAIPS HOSTS DR. PILLAI’S ENLIGHTENING ORIENTATION
Fahaheel Al-Watanieh Indian Private School, Kuwait, proudly hosted Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai, a renowned author, leadership expert, and scholar, for an impactful and dynamic student orientation on leadership. This significant event took place on Sunday, 23rd March 2025, in the School Multi-Purpose Hall, specially arranged for the incoming grade 11 students (2025-26) during their orientation session. Dr. Pillai offered valuable perspectives that encouraged students to explore leadership, enhance their critical thinking skills, and embark on a journey of self-discovery. This enriching experience aimed to empower students as they navigate their educational paths.
The event was further distinguished by the presence of Mrs. Pillai and Mr. Arun Choudhary, CFO & Head-Strategy, Al Rayan Holding Co., whose participation added to the grandeur of the occasion. Their presence reinforced the importance of leadership and intellectual growth in today’s ever-evolving world.
After a floral welcome by the Principal Mr. Ravi Ayanoli and the Vice Principals, Mrs. Vineeta Munshi and Dr. Sheeba Balraj, Dr. Pillai captivated the audience with his wisdom, sharing the importance of questioning everything around us and encouraging students to think beyond conventional boundaries. He spoke about the significance of thinking outside the box, challenging norms and developing a strategic mind set; qualities essential for strong leadership and personal growth. His ability to weave humour and excitement into his speech kept the audience engaged, making complex ideas both relatable and inspiring.
